In general, Non-REM stage3 sleep is called deep sleep in human, but in dogs, is REM sleep called deep sleep?

i  love  dogs  all  ways  had  dogs  when  i  was  small   i  think   they  great  dogs

my dog oscar is a wonderful dog, whom I know is very smart, but he only listens when he wants. How do I get him to listen?

I have 4 small dogs. I have a doggie door to the outside fenced in yard for them. Althought they use the door for outside they will still wet inside. Is there something that I can use to mop my floors ( all hard surface soft tile floors) that will repeal the urge to wet (they only wet inside sometimes) on the floor?

These types of dogs are very smart and intelligent. I say these words from experience with my four month old Golden Retreiver. They will, however, chew on anything they can get there teeth on. From pillows to shoes to even kitchen chairs. If you are thinking about getting one of these types of dogs you are making a very good choic, but remember to always have "Bitterapple Sray" handy to spray there nose if they are bad.

I just read where it said to put hot pepper on your dogs feet to stop the licking. Thats insane! Thats cruel. Did you ever have an itch? Dont agree with anxiety or mental problems or boredom. The dog had some kind of skin infection. Could be systemic. Sometimes yeast. Regardless, never punish the animal by hurting him more. Thats just mean and abusive.

I re.moved a very large tick off my yorkie yesterday. She has a very big bump on her skin where the tick had bitten her. Does any one know what I can do for her.thank you.

Hello , thx for any helpful comments.
I have a 7-8 yr old Min-pin x older dog. Her teeth are in poor shape. She gets gas easily from new food (obviously I don't change it now.) But gas still "startles " her.
I LOVE HER SO MUCH,it's killing me that I can't figure this out for her.
Is there a Vet/qualified person who is willing to help her with a broken molAR and gum issues. Please.
